3 pieces, each piece measures 0.313″ x 1″ x 4.5″ minimum. Saw cut from plate, oversized on all dimensions with saw cut edges. ASTM F15 is a controlled expansion alloy known as Kovar.

The alloy is composed of approximately 29% nickel, 17% cobalt, and 54% iron, and is designed to have a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) that matches that of borosilicate glass.
